A newly built building has 3 floors. On the 1 st floor, a group of rehabilitation rooms, auxiliary spaces with a supply area and personnel spaces are expected to be deployed. On the 2 nd floor, hospital accommodation rooms and facilities intended for the provision of medical treatment - extension of the operation block, as well as the premises of the sterilisation unit. The technical room for ventilation equipment on the 3 rd floor, as well as the premises of the clinic administration offices with a meeting room, call centre, etc.
The total height of the building remains unchanged, while the height of the planned annex reaches approximately 8.5 m to the height of two floors and 12.5 m three floors. The attachment to the existing building is constructed throughout the facade, including a small (~ 100.0 m2) patio for additional insolation. The enclosed patio visually divides the old building from the new building, working as a physical interzone between physiotherapy and recruitment cabs at the 1 st floor level of the building, the new and old chambers on the 2 nd floor level of the building. Similarly, in the section along the existing building, an atrium space at 2-story height is expected in the part of the annex, which connects 3-D to the hallways providing a comfort of breadth and comfort. The zone would caploon both as the central location of the new and old building. The atrium is intended to accommodate furniture, blazes and other sharing elements. The facades of the building are designed to be constructed from pre-fabricated concrete facade panels, with a highly rhythmic and monotonous display of windows on all facades. Glass cases are expected to be constructed in the patio. In the new volume, expected doors to the patio, personnel and delivery entrances at the rear of volume, as well as an evacuation exit at the building's western facade middle part.
