Territorial development

Taking into account ambitions of the Client we have premiliminary selected the Buildings to be preserved and Buildings to be demolished. Buildings to be preserved are buildings which are dating most back into past and buildings that have the most favorable spatial conditions and relationships withing each other and Site.

These buildings are than further incorporated in both short term branding strategies and in long term development strategies as well.
